Creative director of PlanetSide 2 resigns

The creative director behind sci-fi MMO PlanetSide 2 has resigned.

Taking toReddit, Matthew Higby said after four years on the project it was time for a change, and that Friday would be his last day at the studio.

Sony Online Entertainment was recentlysold off to Columbus Novaand renamed to the Daybreak Game Company. Higby said this provided the right opportunity for him to leave the company. There was no word on what his next move might be.
