E3 2015: When is Nintendo’s press conference

Nintendo is once again not hosting an E3 press conference this year and is instead putting together a Nintendo direct video. It worked pretty well for them last time, so it’s not necessarily a negative thing.

In LA time, the video will air from 9am on Tuesday, June 16th – that’s 5pm UK time on the same day.

What can we expect? Well… we’re not entirely sure. Nintendo usually like to pre-announce its big E3 announcements (see: Amiibo, 3DS, Super Mario 3D Land, Wii U), but this time all we’re told is what the firm isn’t showing. Namely, the new console NX, The Legend of Zelda for Wii U (or is it for Wii U?) and any of its mobile games. So… Star Fox?

The event will finish airing by 10pm, when the Square Enix press conference will start.
