EA confirms 360 Rock Band price

EA has confirmed the price for Rock Band, after announcing the

European

release date of the game this morning.

The title will be sold in separate SKUs – a different approach than in the US, where the title is avaliable with all instruments bundled together with the game.

Instead, Eurogamer reports consumer can buy the game on its own for 49.99/69.99, whilst an ‘Instrument Edition’ that included guitar, drums and microphone – but no game – will retail at 129.99/€169.

Wireless guitars will be sold separately for 59.99/€79.99, whilst the drum kit will be 69.99 /€89.99.

That means any consumer looking to buy the full bundle will hand over 180/€240.

In the US, gamers can buy the game and all the instruments for $169 – around 85 or €107.
