EA TV show goes bi-weekly

The TV show dedicated to EA games will now be aired twice a month.

EA Pwned was launched in November 2010 as a monthly show that went behind the scenes on games such as FIFA, The Sims, Battlefield and more.

It’s been a huge success, with average viewers of 100,000 per episode.

Now EA UK has made Pwned a bi-weekly event, is working on new community elements and is considering taking it to other territories such as Australia.

The way we look at this is that it’s the window beyond the marketing campaigns,” said EA UK’s digital marketing manager Matthew Birkby.

Pwned is available on iTunes, the EA website, on satellite TV and on YouTube.

There are a lot of passionate people on YouTube we’d like to reach out to,” added Birkby.
