Innovecs Games will be at Develop:Brighton 2026, with Nader Alikhani, VP of Innovecs Games, joining this year’s speaker lineup in Brighton.
Nader will present “PARTy Composition: Building Balanced Art Teams In An Unbalanced Industry” on Wednesday, 15 July, from 2:00 to 2:45 pm in Room 2 as part of the Art track.
The session starts from a simple point: every game needs art, but not every game needs the same mix of artists at the same moment. Using RPG party composition as the frame, Nader will look at how art direction, concept art, production art, and technical art create value at different stages of development, and how teams can make better decisions about where to spend time, budget, and effort.
The talk is built for a broad mix of developers and studio leaders, from solo creators wearing every hat to indie teams making hard budget choices to larger studios planning department growth. The thread running through it is practical: which art problems need solving now, which ones can wait, and what a balanced art team actually looks like when resources are limited.
Nader brings more than 22 years of experience across game development in art, technical art, and design, alongside academic and creative leadership roles. That range gives him a strong vantage point on how game teams grow, where they get stretched, and how better team structure can save a lot of pain later.
Develop:Brighton 2026 takes place from 14–16 July at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole in Brighton, bringing together developers, publishers, service providers, and creative leaders from across the games industry for three days of sessions, networking, and expo activity.
