Cooking Mama series hits 2m UK unit sales

505 Games has confirmed that total UK sales of the Cooking Mama series have now hit 2m units.

Furthermore, the brand has shifted 3.5m copies in all of Europe and a massive 12m across the world. It remains the best-selling third-party series on DS since its debut in 2006.

The brand has even spread its wings into new genres with hits such as Gardening Mama and Babysitting Mama.

505 Games will on November 25th release Cooking Mama 4 on the Nintendo 3DS and Cooking Mama World: Outdoor Adventures on DS – the ninth and tenth releases in the series respectively.
