Japanese Dark Souls 2 Collector’s Edition includes weapon replicas

From Software has revealed what Japanese gamers will be receiving with the Collector’s Edition of Dark Souls 2.

Whereas Western gamers get a 30cm/450g Warrior Knight as the standout inclusion, in Japan the SKU comes with a latched hard case containing eight sword and shield replicas.

The heaviest of the shields weighs 172g, with the axe weighing 86g and the largest sword 32g.

The bundle will retail for 15,800 (94) in Japan. The UK Collector’s Edition, meanwhile, will set you back around 79.99.

Dark Souls II is released on Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 14th with the PC version to follow at some point after that.
