Will Valve’s new rule maintain competitive integrity?

I stared at Valve’s statement restricting the power of coaches in-game like how I imagine an archaeologist examined hieroglyphics to gain insight into the lives of ancient Egyptians. A week later, I came to the conclusion that the rule doesn’t do what Valve hopes it does.
