[Industry news] Biggest ever guildford.games Festival returns in February 2027

This is a press release posted alongside our usual editorial content.

Bringing together independent developers, world-renowned studios and talented students and graduates, this year’s guildford.games Festival will once again champion Guildford’s extraordinary games development community through events, collaboration, knowledge-sharing and opportunities for the next generation of game creators.

The previous edition of the guildford.games Festival brought together over 4000 games industry professionals and students and the 2027 edition will be bigger than ever, with 70+ speakers and approximately 60 exhibitors.

The 2027 Festival will have a focus on supporting indies and inspiring the next generation of talent.

This year guildford.games will be providing additional support to the independent games community through Indie Amplified – where one festival exhibitor will be able to promote their game to a global audience through being selected for a free place at next year’s UK industry showcase, For One Night Only.

Taking place on Friday the 19th of February 2027, students and under 16s can attend for free, general admission is £25, with a discounted rate of £15 for Guildford Developers.

Tickets for the guildford.games Festival are available now via guildford.games Festival . (https://www.skiddle.com/e/43125811).
