Flight Control sets course for PS3

Siliconera is reporting that Firemint’s hugely popular line-drawing puzzle game Flight Control is heading for a PSN release as a PlayStation Move compatible title.

The claims come as part of the confirmed launch date of September 15th for Move in Korea. Two other PSN Move games have also been announced – Nemesys Team Studio’s racing title Ignite and Big Ant Studio’s Soaked.

Flight Control has been one of the top selling games on Apple’s App Store since its release last year. It practically invented what is now known as the ‘line drawing’ genre and has been the catalyst for dozens of imitators.

In January this year it was reported that the game had sold over 2m digital copies in its ten months on the market. As one of the most popular 59p games on Apple’s service, it will be interesting to see what price it arrives for on PSN.
