Galak-Z heading to mobile devices in 2016

PS4 indie release Galak-Z will come to iOS and Android devices in 2016, developer 17-Bit and publisher GungHo Online Entertainment America have announced.

The mobile release will swap out the game’s subtitle from Galak-Z: The Dimensional to Galak-Z: Variant Mobile. The port will be optimized for the new platforms with touch-screen controls, a different interface from the console release, and other tweaks.

"Galak-Z: Variant Mobile will have all the explosive high-level combat and skill-based action as the original, but tailored and optimized for the mobile player on the go," 17-Bit CEO Jake Kazdal said.

Galak-Z is currently available on PS4, with a Windows PC release scheduled for later this year.
