GAME’s Belong arenas now available for private hire

GAME’s Belong gaming arenas are now available for private hire, the retailer has announced, with special packages available for birthdays, corporate parties as well as stag and hen do’s.

As part of the package, groups will get a dedicated area inside the arena (which may vary, depending on the size of the group and the size of the arena in question), as well as a specially trained Belong expert who will be on hand to set up games, run tournaments, provide advice and complete demos. All the latest PCs, consoles and games will be available to play on demand as well – subject to age rating, of course.

As an added bonus, Belong-branded invitations will be available, and parties will be able to bring their own birthday cakes.

Belong’s brand manager Abigail Papuga commented: We’ve seen huge demand for our Belong arenas around the country and with this an increase in attendance at our special events. They’re highly-charged, sociable zones, providing unique venues for private parties. We can inject fun and bit of healthy competition into kids’ or teens’ birthday parties, company away days or any other social event.”

First launched in 2016, GAME now has 11 Belong gaming arenas around the country to help foster local competitive gaming.MCV recently spoke to GAME’s CEO Martyn Gibbs about the opening of its Belong arenasas well as how they’re working to help diversify the retailer’s business.
