GAMESCOM: Bloodstained will be cross-play between Xbox One and Windows 10

Castlevania spiritual successor Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night will be available to cross-play on both Xbox One and Windows 10.

Castlevania creator KojiIgarashi, who led the game to Kickstarted success earlier this year, came out on stage during the platform holder’s Gamescom conference to reveal the functionality.

Igarashi also unveiled a brand new character, an unnamed demon hunter, that would be coming to the game when it’s released next year.

Bloodstained raised$5,545,991 via crowdfunding, before being announced for release on Xbox One earlier this year.
