GMA 2011: Eurogamer takes Best Website award fifth year running

Eurogamer was named best website at last night’s Games Media Awards.

It’s the sixth time that Eurogamer has won a GMA. It got took home awards (Best Website – News and Best Website – Reviews & Features) from the inaugural 2007 ceremony, and has won Best Website at every event since.

Good timing for an award win too: Eurogamer.net this week relaunched with a new look and design.

Eurogamer’s prize was collected by founder Rupert Loman.

The Games Media Awards are hosted every year by Intent Media, the publisher of leading trade publications MCV and Develop.
