Grand Theft Auto V spring release date all but confirmed

A spring 2013 release for Grand Theft Auto V has been confirmed by a second source.

A Tweet from the Brighton branch of retailer GAME carried a picture of what appears to be some mock PS3 covers carrying the date. The Tweet has long since been deleted, though before IGN could grab the evidence.

This all backs up a leak from a GTA fansite yesterday that corroborated the same details.

The PC remains conspicuous by its absence in all of he POS pictured so far, with most speculating that a release on that format will occur at a later stage.

Rockstar is expected to confirm the details in the coming days.
