Holy delay, Batman! Arkham Knight release postponed until the end of June

Bat-fans will have to wait a few more weeks to experience the conclusion to Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy of Batman titles.

Batman: Arkham Knight, which is to be published by Warner Bros, has been moved from release on PS4, Xbox One and PC on June 2nd to June 23rd.

The move marks the title’s second delay, after the game slid from its original 2014 release window to this year.

The announcement closely follows rumours that Arkham Knight predecessors Arkham Asylum and Arkham City are to be remastered for PS4 and Xbox One.

We’re a developer that hates to make any compromises,” said Rocksteady game director Sefton Hill of the postponed launch.

We are working as hard as we can to make you proud.”

Alongside breaking the news of the Arkham Knight delay, Rocksteady also released a new trailer for the game, which you can see below.
