Indie GamesNation details South West store expansion plans

Indie retailer GamesNation wants to open three new stores this year.

GamesNation opened its first outlet in Paignton in 2014, and is now eyeing up locations in Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth.

We’ve been open a little over a year and it’s surpassed all of my expectations,” store owner Joe Marshall said. Expanding is something that we’re lookinginto this year. If all goes to plan then we should hopefully have a third or even fourth store open before Christmas.

We’ve also had talks with a few companies regarding sponsorship for tournaments. We’ve seen a few venues that we like, so there’s a lot of potential if we decide to go down that route.”
