snakebyte Group, a global leader in consumer electronics and software development, announced today a significant milestone in its corporate evolution, transitioning into Playcorion Group, a newly structured entity designed to support long-term strategic growth with an accelerated focus on expanding the company’s brands and product lines.

As part of this transformation, Playcorion Group has announced today its decision to exit its distribution business entirely, effective from March 2026. The Playcorion Group will sell off its distribution subsidiary, snakebyte Distribution GmbH, and will no longer conduct any distribution activities under the Playcorion Group umbrella going forward.

This decision marks a deliberate shift toward a brand-led operating model, allowing Playcorion Group to refocus its concentration on building, developing, and scaling its own brands globally.

Under Playcorion Group, the company’s portfolio will be organised into dedicated brand companies, each focused on its respective category and customer base:

• Honeycomb – Flight simulation hardware and associated ecosystems
• snakebyte – PC and console gaming accessories, peripherals, and licensed products
• PebblePlay – Gaming hardware and adjacent devices designed for a younger audience, digital content, and subscription services

Each brand will operate with its own strategic roadmap and operational focus, while Playcorion Group will provide group-level leadership, governance, and long-term investment strategy.
