VaultN, the infrastructure trusted by the games industry’s leading publishers and retailers to orchestrate digital distribution at scale, announces the launch of VaultN Payments & Wallet – an embedded B2B payments, treasury and compliance feature built in partnership with global payments platform Paysafe.
Take-Two Interactive is among the first major publishers to operate with the embedded B2B wallet. Built on the Skrill Business platform, the solution settles transactions in real time and lowers the entry barrier for expansion into markets where payment complexity, risk exposure, and the challenge of finding reliable financial partners have historically outweighed the opportunity.
Distribution and payments are two sides of the same coin – yet they have long operated as separate layers in the games supply chain. Until now, the moment a product moved was not the moment settlement followed. VaultN Payments & Wallet closes that gap: payment now happens in real-time, at the moment of the fulfillment, within the same platform where distribution is managed.
“The games industry went digital in how it distributes – but the operations behind the sale never followed. Publishers still chase invoices; retailers still reconcile manually. The industry deserves infrastructure built for the way it actually works.” – said Emrah Kara, CEO & Co-founder, VaultN.
“VaultN is building that – an impartial platform where distribution, settlement, and data intelligence work as one, giving publishers and retailers full control over the entire commercial lifecycle. This partnership with Paysafe moves that vision forward, and for VaultN, embedded payments is one step on our roadmap, not the destination.”
Within VaultN Payments & Wallet, Paysafe’s Skrill Business platform provides the regulated payments and compliance layer, enabling publishers and retailers to receive, hold, manage and move funds through a secure multicurrency wallet environment. Licensed across the EU/EEA, UK and United States, the platform combines global payment capabilities with treasury services, foreign exchange and liquidity management, giving partners greater confidence as they expand internationally.
For Paysafe, the partnership extends a long-standing commitment to the games industry.
“Paysafe has been deeply embedded in the gaming industry for three decades, supporting how players pay, how platforms monetise and how digital experiences are brought to life,” said Robert “Bob” Legters, Chief Product Officer, Paysafe. “This partnership with VaultN is a natural extension of our role as a trusted payments partner to the online gaming community. By combining Skrill’s proven payments and wallet infrastructure with VaultN’s gaming‑specific technology, we’re enabling a faster, lower‑risk way for publishers and retailers to do business, designed for the scale, speed and digital‑first nature of today’s games industry.”
Through the partnership, VaultN customers gain access to the regulatory reach and payments infrastructure Skrill has built over three decades, embedded directly into the same platform where they already manage digital distribution. The result is a simpler route into new markets, reduced operational risk and fewer barriers to building new publisher and retailer relationships.
“Together, we’re giving publishers and retailers the foundation to distribute, settle and grow from a single trusted environment. As digital distribution continues to evolve, we believe the commercial infrastructure supporting it needs to evolve too.” said Emrah Kara.
