JAPAN: 360 to get Resi 5 bundle

Platform holder Microsoft has announced that the upcoming release of Capcom’s Resident Evil 5 will be accompanied by an Xbox 360 hardware bundle including the game in Japan.

The Xbox 360 Biohazard 5 Pack (as the series is known in the region) will include the console, a 60GB hard drive, headset and a copy of the Deluxe Edition of the game which features a metal case and CD soundtrack. Also included will be a code to download an exclusive Biohazard 5 Xbox 360 theme from Xbox Live.

The pack will retail for YEN 34,800, or around 250.

Resident Evil 5 is due for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 5th in Japan and March 13th in North America and Europe.
