Japan gets $1,290 Resident Evil 6 Premium Edition

Capcom is to give Japanese Resident Evil fans a chance to prove their dedication to the brand by forking out a colossal amount on a very special Premium Edition of upcoming shooter Resident Evil 6.

Kotaku reports that the RE6 Premium Edition includes an actual replica leather jacket as sported by series favourite Leon. It comes in a range of sizes from small to extra large.

Also included in the SKU are four tablet cases (or smartphone cases depending on which report you read) featuring Leon, Chris, Jake and something secret”.

And the cost of this lot? 105,000 – or around $1,290.

So far the Premium Edition is available only through Capcom’s e-store and only in Japan.
