Kalypso opens new UK office

The UK arm of Kalypso Media has established a new office.

Previously working out of serviced offices shared with various other companies, the team now has its own dedicated premises in Bracknell, Berkshire.

The new office will be the base of operations, from which Kalypso Media UK will handle forthcoming releases, such as Xbox 360 and PC real-time strategy title Tropico 4.

The team now has the facilities to handle on-site demonstrations of its games, enabling them to promote the German publisher’s portfolio more efficiently to UK retailers.

We moved at the start of June from serviced offices in Bracknell,” Kalypso’s head of PR Mark Allen told MCV.

We now have a specific demo room and board room for presentations. And the office is located just five minutes outside of town for easy access.”

The publisher has also taken on additional members of staff.
