Killzone: Shadow Fall announced for PS4

Guerrilla Games took to the stage at Sony’s unveiling of the PlayStation 4 and revealed its new game – Killzone: Shadow Fall.

Not repeating the mistake of showcasing its first PS3 game (Killzone 2) via a controversial CG trailer, Guerrilla showed off a stunning live gameplay demo of Shadow Fall with visuals that wouldn’t seem possible on the PS3.

The demo consisted of beautiful vistas, crisp textures, stunning lighting and some intense action, ending in a sequence that sees the player dangling off a helicopter as it flies over Vekta City.

No release date has been announced for Killzone: Shadow Fall, but the entire gameplay demo can be viewed on the Killzone Facebook page.
