King’s Quest launches fall 2015 on PC, PlayStation and Xbox platforms

The recently announced update to classic adventure series King’s Quest will arrive on multiple platforms next year, publisher Sierra and developer The Odd Gentlemen announced during The Game Awards event last week.

The title has been scheduled for a fall 2015 release on PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC via Steam.

"We wanted to hang on to everything that made King’s Quest so special…” Korba said.

If Roberta and Ken were still making adventure games, this is the one they’d make in 2015.”

The new King’s Quest title was unveiled earlier this year at Gamescom as part of the reestablishing of Sierra as an indie games-focused publisher.
