Charity Golf day sold out

One of the most popular events in the UK games industry’s annual events calendar, the GamesAid Third Annual Charity Golf and Spa Day, has sold out.

The event, which takes place on May 27th, is already on target to smash the 32,024 raised at last year’s event. Attendees include Microsoft, Nintendo, Sega, Asda, Logitech, Game, Namco Bandai, EA and Codemasters.

You get a great buzz when your event is a sell out, especially a charitable one, GamesAid Trustee Richard Stickler stated.

I cannot thank people enough for taking part in this years event. Without the industry‘s support, we would not be able to do all the amazing things with the money raised – evidence of which will be shown at the evening awards dinner.

It would be amazing if we could sell out on the Spa day too. What a great way to treat yourself or incentivise your staff as a prize, with all proceeds going to a fantastic cause.”

Furthermore, there are still places available for the Spa and Awards Dinner. For more details contact Richard Stickler on 01279 822832 or richards@gem.co.uk.
