UK games industry group takes top prize at Trade Association Forum event

Tiga awarded Trade Association of the Year

UK games body Tiga was last night awarded Trade Association of the Year at the Trade Association Forum.

The group picked up the honour having been nominated against other UK trade groups from an eclectic mix of sectors across the country.

Tiga took the top prize outshining the likes of the British Insurance Brokers Association and the British Marine Federation.

“We are absolutely delighted by these awards and commendation,” said Tiga CEO Richard Wilson.

“It is a huge honour to be awarded Trade Association of the Year and something we have worked very hard to achieve. I would like to thank the Tiga team: Lorna Evans, Nisha Valand, Eva Field, Vanessa Joyce and Suzi Stephenson for all their hard work and dedication.

“I would also like to thank our partners NESTA for their support over the last year. Above all, I would like to thank our members and the Tiga board for giving us the opportunity to represent this fantastic industry.

The group also picked up the The Member Recruitment Award.
