In the Online arena, Eurogamer was the undoubted star. It was voted Best Website both for its news coverage and its features, whilst the site’s Tom Bramwell grabbed Best Writer in Specialist Digital Media. The Podcast crown went to Gamespot UK.

The BBC picked up two awards: Darren Waters of bbc.co.uk was named Best Games Writer on a Mainstream Website, while Johnny Minkley’s game slot on the Jo Whiley Show was Best Broadcast on Mainstream TV and Radio.
