Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance demo next week

A playable demo for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is set for release on Xbox Live and PSN next week.

While the demo will be available in the US on 22nd January, it is expected to be available on the respective Indian stores the next day.

In a departure for the Metal Gear stealth franchise, Revengeance is a hack-and-slash game featuring Raiden as its protagonist as opposed to Snake.

This is also the first Metal Gear game to be developed outside Kojima Productions. Revengeance is being developed byPlatinum Games of Bayonetta, Vanquish and, more recently, Anarchy Reigns fame.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is set for release on 22nd February for Xbox 360 and PS3.
