Apple has shortened its return policy for the iPhone from 30 to just 14 days.
The new time frame now matches Apple’s other product return policies for its Mac, iPod and iPad ranges.
The 14 day return policy also now matches most wireless carriers, meaning consumers lose that particular benefit of buying directly from Apple.
