Bigpoint content heading to iPhone

Online gaming firm Bigpoint is bringing some of its most popular titles to iPhone, iPad and Android devices in the first half of this year.

Those games include Farmerama and Zoomumba, which both regularly attract more than one million concurrent players online.

Bigpoint will also launch a new game, Toon Racer, across web and mobile simultaneously in the coming months.

"This space is ready for us now," COO Nils-Holger Henning tells ME in an interview.

With more than 160 million registered users online, Bigpoint has the potential to become a significant publisher in the mobile space.
