DIY video games PR? There’s an app for that

A new app has launched to help developers and smaller games firms handle their own PR.

PR Ninja lets users plan and schedule their PR and marketing campaigns in addition to organising social media activity.

The free app also comes with step-by-step suggestions for running two to six-week launch campaigns for titles, as well as a checklist of everything firms need to consider.

It’s difficult for indie developers to launch and market their games, and get publicity and downloads,” app creator Maryna Petrenko told MCV.

There was a gap in the market and I decided to fill it with this free app that offers all the knowledge every developer needs to launch mobile games successfully.”
