Isometric iOS title Borderlands Legends out next week

Gearbox’s iOS Borderlands spin-off has at last been detailed and given a release date of October 31st.

Borderlands Legends, as it is to be called, is an isometric top-down action RPG that stars the same characters who starred in the first Borderlands.

Entertainment Weekly reports that unlike the console/PC game, however, players of Legends control all four characters simultaneously with randomised objectives and a supposedly unlimited” power-up system.

A cover mechanic, scaled enemy difficulty and boss fights will also feature.

The game will cost $4.99 on iPhone and $6.99 on iPad.
