Orange and T-Mobile confirm iPad 2 support

The first UK mobile networks have confirmed their intentions to stock the iPad 2.

Everything Everywhere – or Orange and T-Mobile as most of us will know them – told TechRadar that its stores will be stocking the new tablet as soon as it arrives in the UK later this month.

Price plans and data charges have not yet been confirmed, though Apple stated yesterday that its pricing will fall in-line with the current iPad.

In addition, rival network O2 has surprisingly confirmed that it won’t be offering the iPad 2, though it will be offering "great value iPad tariffs" for the device for those who obtain a sim-free SKU.

Vodafone, meanwhile, has refused to confirm its plans.
