That Dragon, Cancer is now available on iOS

That Dragon, Cancer is now available on iOS devices, costing $4.99 on the US App Store.

Having launched earlier this year on PC, Mac and Linux the semi autobiographical game is now available for Apple mobile devices in the US, with a UK release expected soon.

The game also has a 50% off promotion on Steam right now, making it just 5.49 for the PC version. This offer ends on October 13th.

Developed by Ryan and Amy Green and Numinous Games, That Dragon, Cancer tells a semi autobiographical story about the Green’s son Joel and his battle with cancer. The subject matter is something that is rarely tackled in the world of videogames, but it launched to critical praise and is considered to be one of the most emotionally impactful games of the year.

Created alongside the game was a documentary detailing its development and the lives of Ryan, Amy and Joel. The documentary won multiple awards and will now be broadcast on US TV network PBS later this month.
