Next Xbox and PS4 to get Alien-based title

A game based on the cult sci-fi franchise Alien is in the works for the next-generation Xbox and PlayStation consoles.

The confirmation comes from a job listing for Sega developer Creative Assembly, as spotted Gamerzines.

The listing for a Multiplayer/Gameplay Programmer seeks some to work on triple-A multi-platformtitle on current andfuture generation consoles set in the Alien universe.”

The site speculates that this could point to a simultaneous release on both Xbox 360 and the Next Xbox.

In May 2011 Creative Assembly told MCV that it was open-minded” about possible host platforms for its new title.
