Nintendo signs up to EIF

The Edinburgh Interactive Festival has announced an agreement with Nintendo UK to become a Gold Partner of this year’s event.

The event takes place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre between Sunday 10th and Tuesday 12th August 2008.

The agreement confirms Nintendo as a major supporter and partner of the Festival. It will also have a presence on the floor of three-day event, allowing the public and Edinburgh Interactive delegates to experience Nintendo games.

General Manager of Nintendo UK David Yarnton said: We’re very proud to continue our support of EIF for the third year running.

"Edinburgh Interactive Festival raises our industry’s profile into the wider cultural arena and celebrates the input, talent and creativity from all with a common interest in video games.”
