PC edition of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD in the works for Steam release

Recent Xbox One and PS4 release Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is heading to Windows PC via Steam.

Siliconerareports on Square Enix’s announcement on Twitter, which states release dates and other info are coming soon.

The HD remaster launched for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Europe, Japan and North America this past March. Final Fantasy Type-0 debuted in 2011 as a Japan-exclusive on PlayStation Portable.

Square Enix recently announced free-to-play offering Final Fantasy Agito is in development for Windows 10. Agito – which is set in the same world as Final Fantasy Type-0 – launched in Japan oniOS and Android platformsin May 2014, and is in development for PS Vita in the region as well.
