Facebook â??data leakâ?? suddenly sees lawsuit at Zyngaâ??s doorstep

Zynga â??privacy abuse victimâ?? happy to go public

Zynga, the fearsomely expanding social game firm, has been hit by a class action lawsuit over the recent Facebook ‘data leak’ scandal.

The lawsuit alleges Zynga was somehow complicit in the transfer of personal Facebook user data to dozens of third-party advertising companies, following revelations of such a data breach in a Wall Street Journal report.

The Journal’s report said Zynga was not responsible for the data breach.

In what is common of the ‘compensation culture’ that has drilled deep into the American conscience, Nancy Graf of Minnesota wants Zynga’s money on the basis of privacy abuse.
