PlayStation India is finally on Facebook

Sony Computer Entertainment India today announced the launch of the PlayStation India Facebook page.

This is the first official presence for PlayStation India on social media. While there is an Indian version of PlayStation.com, it mostly carries updates from the European sites with little local information.

Sony has been slow to get on the social media bandwagon. By contrast, the Xbox 360 India Facebook page has close to 5 lakh Likes.

PlayStation India Facebook page will feature updates on upcoming games, reviews, local news as well as preorder details.
