Prince Of Persia returns on May 21st

Ubisoft has announced Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will be released in the UK on May 21st.

The upcoming action game will hit shelves on the same day that Disney flick Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time hits cinemas.

While the film retells the story of Ubisoft’s best-selling 2003 hit of the same name, The Forgotten Sands serves as a sequel, writing a brand new chapter in the hugely popular Sands Of Time trilogy.

May 21st will see the arrival of The Forgotten Sands on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS and PSP. The PC SKU will not launch until June, when it will serve as a launch title for the OnLive game streaming service.

A full preview of Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will be available in MCV Issue 583, due out on April 16th.
