PS4 and PC title Daylight will let Twitch viewers add scares

Upcoming survival horror title Daylight is adding an extra layer of interactivity.

The procedurally-generated game, due out on PS4 and PC on April 8th, will allow Twitch viewers to prompt certain in-game events via Twitch’s chat channels.

Joystiq cites examples such as typing meow” to make corresponding sound. Every effect will be on a timer, to avoid spamming, and developer Zombie Studios has no plans to release a list of compatible demands.

The game also supports Oculus Rift, remember.

It all ties in with the sudden interest in Twitch interaction caused by Twitch Plays Pokemon, a project where thousands of players are trying to complete Pokemon Red through the medium of Twitch chat commands.
