Activision backs anti-bullying initiative

Hot on the heels of the release of its kid-friendly superhero outing Spider-Man: Friend or Foe, US publisher Activision has joined forces with anti-bullying body bullying.co.uk which will promote a whole range of initiatives.

Ahead of the national anti-bullying week next month, Activision will be giving away copies of the game on the bullying website, as well as through its letter and via its MySpace page.

Bullying UK is proud to be working alongside Activision, a world-renowned entertainment publisher, to highlight Spider-Man: Friend or Foe and our campaign," Bullying UK’s John Carnell stated.

Partnerships like this allow us to reach out to more young people and draw them into a world where bullying is unacceptable and with an iconic character like Spider-Man the message couldn’t be clearer.”
