US outfit takes topline sponsorship of the Develop Quiz - limited team slots left

Bethesda Softworks is sponsoring The Develop Quiz networking event as part of its growing links with the European games development community.

The award-winning publisher of Fallout 3 will join up to 20 teams at the big night, held at Sway, Holborn in London on Thursday June 18th.

Other teams already confirmed include Dolby, Lightning Fish, Perforce Software, Modis IT, Big Head Games, Air Play, Jagex, Splash Damage, OPM Response, Just Add Water, Peppermint P, amBX, Zoe Mode, Waterfront, Perforce and Marjacq.

"The Develop Quiz is a fun night, and a great way for us to show our involvement with UK and European talent," commented Bethesda’s European boss Sean Brennan.

"We will be there to compete, just like everyone else, but also to build relationships."

The winning team will gain a £2,000 advertising credit in Develop print or online, plus a trophy and bottle of champagne per player.

Second prize is an interview over lunch with the Develop editors, plus a bottle of champagne each. Even third place also wins a bottle of bubbly for each team member.

Entry is £195 per team of five, which covers quiz participation, free bar and dinner.
