Classic White PS3 Slim announced

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has announced a brand new ‘Classic White’ version of the PS3 Slim that will launch in the territory on July 29th.

It will pack a 160GB HDD and will include a similarly white Dualshock 3 controller.

In addition to the new colour, Sony will also launch two new versions of the standard charcoal black console. A 160GB machine will retail for YEN 29,980 (the same price as the existing 120GB machine) while a 320GB SKU will launch for YEN 34,980.

The existing 120GB machine will not be restocked once current supplies are deleted, though it looks like there won’t be any price cut to current stock.
