Dead Space sequel confirmed

Dead Space developer Visceral Games has confirmed it is currently working on a sequel to the sci-fi horror title for Xbox 360 and PS3.

The studio posted a job advertisement on Linked in for a lead combat designer, which revealed the game is almost ready for full production.

The game is in the later stages of pre-production, ready for production in a few months,” the description reads. The Games Label at EA is 100 per cent committed to this IP.”

The ad claims the action shooter sequel will set new standards for an action-packed story-driven console experience”.
