Develop Awards raises close to £2,000 for GamesAid

Members of the games industry raised almost £2,000 for charity during the 2015 Develop Industry Excellence Awards.

Once again, we ran the GamesAid Tenner initiative, asking guests to donate roughly £10 towards the industry organisation and its partner charities. A video was also shown on screen to demonstrate the good work GamesAid and its partners carry out.

This year, £1,590 was collected on the night, with Gift Aid of £397.50 making for a total of £1,987.50.

The Develop Awards 2015 were held at the Hilton Brighton Metropole on Wednesday, July 15th.
