Top consumer site to host after-party on biggest night for developers

Develop Awards team up with Eurogamer

This year’s Develop Industry Excellence Awards have been bolstered by new partner Eurogamer.

Over 500 leading games development professionals will be attending the awards event, which runs on Wednesday July 20th during the Develop Conference in Brighton.

There are 95 companies competing across 21 categories, including New Download IP, Best Use Of A Licence, Publishing Hero, Technical Innovation, Best New Studio and Best Independent Studio.

The evening starts at 6.30pm, with a drinks reception sponsored by Imagination Studios. Other sponsors include Platinum partner Crytek, Gold partners Amiqus, Supermassive Games and Nova Scotia Business, plus GameCity Hamburg, OPM and Babel Media.

Eurogamer will host the after-party in an offsite venue, near to the Hilton Metropole in Brighton, running from 11pm to the early hours.
