E3 2010: DualShock can replace Nav Controller

Though it’s far from an elegant solution, it looks as if penny-pinching gamers will be able to get the full PS3 Move experience for less than they once thought.

Joystiq reports that Sony’s Anton Mikhailov has confirmed that users will be able to use a DualShock 3 controller instead of the Navigation Controller alongside the standard Move wand.

The Nav Contoller looks set to retail for 30 in the UK. Using a joypad is certainly a cheaper solution, though how long it can be used comfortably in one hand remains to be seen.
