EA's long absent basketball game to reappear for next-gen consoles

E3 2013: NBA Live returns in 2014

EA’s NBA Live franchise will make a rebound with the appearance of next generation consoles.

Though the series has been cancelled for several years, NBA Live 2014 hopes to reinvigorate the basketball game with new tech.

Much was made of a new technology that handles dribbling, making the movement of players with the ball more realistic than ever.

NBA Live will make use of EA’s Ignite sports engine.
