EA CFO Eric Brown departs

Electronic Arts chief financial officer Eric Brown has left the company.

He leaves on February 17th to become CFO and COO of communications company Polycom.

According to Gamasutra, chief accounting officer and senior VP Kenneth Barker will serve as CFO in the interim.

Brown is an EA veteran, joining in 1998. He left the company briefly with stints at MicroStrategy and McAfee, but returned to EA three years ago. He also co-founded DataSage.
